High Impact Program

WHAT IS IT?

This is a combination of consulting, coaching, and mentoring.

I start with a consulting component that will draw on my expertise for advice. I will present specific solutions to the challenges you are struggling with. I will also teach you the best practices.

I will shift to coach and mentor once you understand the fundamentals and you are able to execute on your own. The goal is to get each of my clients to a place where my service is no longer required. 

WHO IS THIS PROGRAM FOR?

This program is ideal for salespeople, sales managers, and executives. You will get ongoing support to vet ideas and learn best practices. You will also receive advice on your most pressing challenges and opportunities.

A little more about you;

·       You are in complex B2B sales

·       Quota > $1M and/or ACV > $50,000

·       Your biggest competitor is the status quo, do nothing or alternative projects

·       Your customers do not budget for your products or services

I can work 1-to-1 or 1-to-several. No more than 5 people per session at the most.

Focus

Some sales coaching and consulting doesn’t work. Part of the problem is when coaches try to coach on everything and they go beyond what they are good at. I avoid this problem by focusing on these specific sales challenges;

​·       Prospecting efforts go unanswered. Salespeople struggle to get appointments with decision-makers

·       Prospects deem solution as a “nice to have” and not essential

·       Many sales opportunities end in “no decision”, postponed or status quo

Pricing

This is a subscription service. 

The cost of my service depends on a few factors. Including, how many people are enrolled from your company.

As a rough ROI metric, expect the cost to be less than 2% of the incremental sales you will get as a result of the program.
